Kerateam benefits from high-quality raw material deposits within the region. We apply fast-fire kiln technology to manufacture our quality products. Our machinery annually transforms 300 t of raw material.

Three fast-fire kilns represent the core of our automated production process. Almost 20,000 square metres of wall tiles are burnt here daily, at a temperature of 1,100 °C.

Kerateam devotes its utmost attention to quality assurance. Electronic cameras permanently monitor the tiles' surfaces, according to strict quality standards. Our in-house laboratory's experts continuously verify raw material and all intermediate and final products' quality.
